Dr Pericleous carried out a very thorough & unhurried consultation with all my investigations being organised during the consultation. Everything was explained very well and I left feeling confident that everything was being done. I am very grateful for everything and what was diagnosed so treatment could be started and the whole process was very reassuring.

Of all the consultants I have seen, I rate my patient experience with Dr Pericleous the best and very highly for his bedside manner, understanding and consistency. He has empathy with his patient, listens and follows through on what he says he’ll do. He is thorough in his investigations to establish the cause of the medical problem. He explains things well and is happy to go back over something in a different way if you don’t understand. He follows this up in writing. He is friendly and warm in his approach. It has been so nice having a consultant who really cares about his patient, and having the same consultant all the way through my treatment. Thank you.

At our first face to face appointment, Dr Periceous was made aware of my bilateral deafness and the need for me to lip read or use Speech to Text. He embraced my need making my appointments much less streesful. Dr made sure I 'heard' and understood before the appointment ended.
