Hospital excellent. Two issues, 1) Parking 2)Waiting times in some departments

Unfortunately the dentist arrived at the practice late for his 1st appointment at 9am . As I had another appointment with my doctor at 9:45 this was not acceptable. When he did arrive he made it clear that he could do nothing about traffic/ roadworks . An apology would have been more appropriate.
