Unfortunately the dentist arrived at the practice late for his 1st appointment at 9am . As I had another appointment with my doctor at 9:45 this was not acceptable. When he did arrive he made it clear that he could do nothing about traffic/ roadworks . An apology would have been more appropriate.

Had to wait half an hour, as usual. I find the dentist uncommunicative and verging on rude. He had a very cursory look at my teeth - nothing like as thorough as my previous dentist. He asked me if I wanted my teeth cleaned but was very non-committal about whether it was actually required or not, and just wanted me to decide. He's the dentist - not me! I believe he's leaving. If he wasn't, I probably would, frankly.

I waited 18 months for my appointment. In March ‘22, I was disappointed with my treatment and last Thursday there was a big improvement , thankyou
