Everything was great from start to finish

First rate, consultation very informative and helpful

I attended an appointment with Consultant Dr Bryan Murphy where he was able to deal with my issues extremely efficiently and referred me to a plastic surgeon to resolve my problem. Within a few days my issue was dealt with at the Orthoderm Clinic.

The entire team were incredible. This was my first ever surgery and I had my hesitations, despite having wanted the procedure for about 5 years. At the consultation, I was given guidance on which procedure would actually best suit my needs and all my questions were listened to and answered with sincerity. The reception team were always super accommodating and welcoming and the nurses I saw for my weekly check-ins were beyond lovely! From my pre-op to my final post-op they treated me with such kindness and respect. I was actually getting quite upset on my last visit as I'm going to miss the team, they really went above and beyond for me throughout my entire process. Once again, I cannot emphasise how professional and genuinely sweet all of the aftercare team are, particularly the nurses. They took such great care of me, even when I experienced a the beginning of an infection (which was most likely from my pet), they nipped it in the bud and got me better within a matter of days, before I actually began to feel any major symptoms! A truly great team. I am very grateful for my experience and cannot recommend them enough.
