facilities at liberty house fell well short of those promised. 1 to 1 counselling sessions no where near what offered. My steps 1 and 2 were very rushed with step 1 done day before I left and step 2 on the morning of my departure

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating
