First and foremost excellent consideration from the cooks and peers to accomodate to my food requirements. I've had some great laughs and my humour has definitely returned. I feel like a million dollars, I'm far more confident and my levels of axiety have vastly improved.

Julie the therapist was very helpful and helped me resolve a lot of underlying issues ,all the staff and support workers were super friendly and made this journey an all round great experience. I have no complaints on this place!

I'll give thus place t stars for one reason only, the therapist gaynor who went out her way with every client to give ghdm extra support,also Maggie and Julie are very professional in their jobs, kerry very rude and I think needs to work on people skills and not look down on people, she was like a non important Margaret thatcher. Food okay, rooms okay, this place would not be the same without gaynor though as she not only helps her clients but everyone else's to

Positive and informative

Overall I feel very good and I feel ready for the next step. I feel capable of achieving recovery. I feel like I've got and achieved what I needed to get to reach the next stage of my recovery. I've found the ground works in attending groups and my therapy sessions I just need to action it outside and build up from there.

All the staff are great. Friendly and professional, including kitchen staff and cleaners. I'm very happy I came to Linwood, an amazing experience.

I have loved the gong sessions, they're brilliant. The groups have provided me with lots of knowledge and advice and have brought me out of my shell. I have enjoyed meeting new peers and both giving and receiving support. The food was lovely, my room was nice and comfortable. Staff we're brilliant with me, if I ever needed anything they would be there for me straight away.

I came to Linwood house for three months and from the start I was welcomed with open arms. The staff have been so welcoming and thoughtful. And I feel that they have listened and understood me and my addiction, and have done everything in their power to help me through my recovery. I cannot express how grateful I am to all of them for the help that they have given me in my journey. Because without them helping me i would not be where I am today. I at the start of my new life. The staff mean a great deal to me, they are very special to me. Especially the best therapist Kerry, who I hold in a special place in my heart, she is one in a million and I will never forget her. India is fantastic, Kirsty is amazing, Clare is a solider, Phoebe is a star, Maggie is a trouper, Julie is an inspiration, Gaynor is dedicated, Graham is a Dimond, Natalie has a heart of gold. Even down to the kitchen, cleaning and admin staff- everyone has time for you here. I cam in coming off of heroin and crack, and I am walking out clean with hope, faith and trust for a brighter future thanks to Linwood house. This place is amazing.

It was very relaxed sometimes to relaxed but was comfortable stay ie rooms building etc

I was very nervous upon admission, but I immediately felt welcomed and well looked after by the therapists, staff, and fellow clients. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I enjoyed the therapy sessions, both group and individual, and I couldn't recommend Linwod House enough!
