Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

Mr Al-Fhaily is just wonderful. He is so kind and patient and explains everything. He is reassuring and does not make you feel you have to rush. He is naturally professional and courteous but his manner just makes you feel you are in safe hands. Any anxiety you have because you require assessment is very quickly reduced because of the way he treats his patients. Even though you might have to have investigations and/or treatment which is not pleasant- he guides you through it so the stress is greatly reduced and you are safe in the knowledge he is very experienced . I am so thankful he was the specialist who treated me.

Mr Ashwin Sridhar

Mr Sridhar is a distinguished and very patient surgeon who is willing to take time to answer any question. I feel very fortunate to have come across him. He proposed a radical prospectomy which ended up the right decision because the Gleason grade was 3+5 rather than 3+4 and was bilateral rather then one side. Because of the late appointments for consultation and my surgery, I suspect he is very hard working, fulfilling his NHS duties as well as offering private work.

It was professionally measured by a dentist so is made for my mouth, which it holds in place at night, so I get a much better quality of sleep and no longer grind my teeth and am a much quieter night time companion than before I used my Somnowell device.
