Mr Jonathan Lippiatt

Mr Lippiatt could not have been more kind and understanding. He listened to all of my concerns and questions, and answered them clearly. He was reassuring and supportive, as I felt quite anxious, with regard to my condition . I feel lucky to have had him as my surgeon.

Mr Lippiatt has looked after me for many years and has always been clear, courteous and understanding when meeting with me. He has always made me feel relaxed and at ease. This is a skill that not all consultants have!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for all of his support to me during this difficult journey for me. I would also like to thank his Secretary Nicola for her assistance as well.

I would highly recommend Mr Lippiatt and his team. They all were so good at putting me at ease and making the whole process run smoothly.

No issue with consultation although it was 30 mins behind schedule. I do feel that the environment was severely lacking. The waiting room was very hot, insufficient chairs and no coffee machine working - we were advised we could walk to another site to get one! Given a lot of elderly and infirm, that seemed a bit of a big ask! A was constantly offering my seat to those less able to stand. One elderly man sat on the plastic child’s chair and was quite rudely approached by the receptionist to get up. It took three clients to assist him to stand. No other chairs were brought in. After the consultation I needed the bathroom but quickly decided given the age and staining of the toilet not to bother. I would suggest the environment falls far below the standard one would expect for private health care. Disappointed!

The procedure I had has gone very well. I felt that I was fully prepared for the procedure beforehand and all my questions were answered. The care that I received during the procedure and afterwards has been excellent. I felt abandoned by the NHS after being delivered what was potentially a critical health diagnosis and I consider myself very lucky to have had the option/finances to see Mr Lippiatt at Nuffield Health.

Mr lippiat was so professional, understanding, knowledgable and caring and put me at ease immediately.

Mr Lippiatt is an outstanding surgeon with an excellent caring manner. He recently performed a robotic hysterectomy on me and the only word to describe his professionalism and surgical expertise is “faultless”. I am from a medical/surgical background and would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending him. Patricia Rhys-Williams

Mr Liappiatt was very friendly and willing to listen. He explained the forward plan he had in mind and what he would be looking for from the tests involved. It is very reassuring to know that he is looking after me.
