I didn't visit it was done buy video link at first the hirl on phone was very helpful the asses was good but after that there is no communication its by email so if I want shed care you have to pay fir that even though your GP may not want to do shared care an d then if that happens the next step is to pay money again nobody really talks to you to explain

It has been a great experience and excellent customer service. It is an expensive outlay but the difference it has made to my life being diagnosed and now medicated. After 3 months of stability I am now ready to be moved to shared care. 100% recommend Private ADHD

Fast and efficient process. Staff are very friendly so no complaints at all there. Just on the costs, Meds were more expensive than I was told to expect before committing. I was charged £120 for the first month of meds after being told they would cost between £45-90.

I had a bit of difficulty initially getting my phone set up with the call service, but once it was fixed I had a very good conversation with the doctor and it was very informative.

They showed patience and were helpful. The questionaire was very overwhelming and I did struggle with that but the assessment was made better by the assessor who was very good and professional and guided me through the process. The timeline was quick and professional
