Exceptional care, by knowing my dad as a patient previously he was able to ascertain further information that led to a very prompt diagnosis of a serious health condition that on the face of it was not related to the symptoms that he presented with. A truly compassionate consultation when the diagnosis was confirmed with questions answered in an empathetic manner whilst not avoiding any of the difficult questions. Truly will always be grateful in the way that he has dealt with this situation.
