Mr Rao Khalid Mehmood

Mr Rao Khalid Mehmood is a Laparoscopic Colorectal and General Surgeon. Mr Mehmood was awarded FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2000. Mr Mehmood completed a Master of Surgery thesis at the University of London in 2007, investigating the independent predictive marker for platinum-based chemotherapy in Oesophageal Cancers. In 2012, they passed their intercollegiate FRCS (General Surgery) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Mr Mehmood is a highly qualified surgeon with expertise in a range of general surgical procedures. They are particularly interested in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and the management of conditions such as rectal bleeding, piles, and anal fissures.
