Friendly welcome by reception. This was my first visit to a private dermatologist consultant and I'm so glad that I chose Dr Shin-Young Cho! She was friendly and very easy to talk to. She was patient and warm and encouraged me to ask more questions so I understood everything. She explained her diagnosis and treatment well, clearly and without jargon, and told me about other therapies or treatments available for my information - not in a pushy way. highly recommended.
I recently had an appointment with Dr Shin-Young Cho. From the moment I arrived at the practice, I felt immediately at ease - the receptionist greeted me warmly and offered me a drink. Even though I arrived early, I was immediately taken downstairs to meet with Dr Cho. Dr Cho examined me, and talked through my diagnosis in great detail, clearly outlining a management plan for my condition. She was so warm and compassionate. I'm now extremely optimistic about managing my skin condition moving forward, thanks to her.

Dr. Cho is simply outstanding. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire consultation, which lasted almost an hour. She explained every question I had in detail, offered additional insights I wouldn’t have thought to ask, and provided a very thorough treatment plan. What stood out the most was that she truly treated me as a person first — showing genuine care and interest in my wellbeing, something that feels increasingly rare in medical practices nowadays.
