Mr Simon Marsh is the Surgical Director of the Gilmore Groin and Hernia Clinic in London, which treats inguinal hernias and Gilmore's Groin (also known as sportsman's groin, inguinal disruption, and sportsman's hernia). Since 1980, the Gilmore Groin and Hernia Clinic has treated over 9,000 groin problems, including over 450 internationals. It is part of the London Sports Injury Clinic and pioneered the multidisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating groin problems.

Simon is a highly regarded senior hernia, breast and general surgeon. We work together closely on patients with groin pain arising from multiple causes- eg. adductor, hip, pubic symphysis, sportsman's groin, lumbar- who benefit from a more holistic approach to diagnosis and management. This often involves a combination of rehabilitative and surgical approaches, tailored to the needs of each specific individual.
