I approached Prof Zoe for a second opinion and from the first call to her office, the first meeting and thereafter it was like a breath of fresh air. I was provided with all the information and explanations I could want combined with a clear understanding of my options looking beyond surgery to a positive outcome. A marked contrast to my experience in the local hospital. I was given recommendations and choices and a prompt timescale that suited me. I would also recommend Jenny Hoyle the practice manager who went above and beyond to chase up NHS test results to ensure nothing was missed.

I have been fortunate to have Professor Winters look after me for several years. She is a wonderful human being who cares deeply about her patients. She is exceptionally credentialed, experienced, well-informed and simultaneously efficient and warm (rare), and I trust her 100%.. Above all, she beams positive energy so one always feels better after seeing her. I would recommend her unreservedly to my nearest and dearest.

Excellent care

I am a patient of Prof Winters and go for regular check up's. The last time something came up that needed investigating and, even though no-one wants to experience such a time of uncertainty and anxiety, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Prof Winters and her practice manager Jenny Hoyle. Prof Winters put my mind at ease and promptly organised the necessary investigations. The follow up to discuss the results put my mind at ease and Prof Winters is such a lovely and calm person, explaining everything in great detail and never rushing her patients. I always feel that I have plenty of time to ask any questions I have. Jenny is amazing and she managed to organise the investigations so efficiently and at very short notice. They are both truly gifted, caring and lovely professionals and know how to guide their patients through uncertain times. Communication via email and telephone is excellent. I couldn't recommend Prof Winters and her fantastic team more. Thank you again for everything.

Prof Zoe is excellent. She was very clear and helped me understand my case, provided great recommendations and build a relevant action plan, considering also my high risk family history situation. She and the team were highly supportive, empathic and made me feel reassured that I am in great hand and we are looking at the best and most suitable approaches.

The Professor was extremely thorough, compassionate and overall a real pleasure to talk to. She prescribed me further tests and I was seen immediately at another facility down the road.
