My only comment is based on the fact I have received an invoice for a parent meal. I was told at the preassessment appointment that I would be fed and I therefore didn't take a packed lunch as I had planned. I was presented a menu when we arrived and I ordered a Tuna sandwich. At no point was I shown any prices or told I would be charged and I have since received an invoice for £18 - I wouldn't pay £18 for a sandwich anywhere! Other than that, everything was fab.

Helpful and attentive staff at both the main and outpatient facilities, during my main visit at Parkside, all the staff I interacted with were attentive, friendly which made for a comfortable experience.

I have to say that this is my 4 time at Parkside hospital and always have the same feeling of welcoming. The staff was very friendly and supportive; especially Mauricio, who opened his arms to give me a hug when I was crying and worried about the test that I had to do

Every visit I have had at this hospital has been spot on. Every appt was kept to time and sometimes earlier than expected. Mr Kulendran was so good, I highly recommend him as nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
