Parkside Hospital is to be praised on many levels. The only downside was the wait for my procedure but I appreciate that the patient's time is less valuable in this instance than that of the specialist. Other than that, the whole process was slick and professional. I would certainly recommend it to others.

The Hospital seemed to be managing well in the current circumstances and keeping wait times down whilst prioritising patient and staff safety.

Overall it provided an excellent service. The only comment I would make is in these covid times, is the receptionist was more focused on clear instructions on where to place the pens ( which was obvious and well labelled) after completing forms rather than bothering to be as clear on directing me where to go and wait. This was, again, repeated on my second visit.

Parkside staff are professional and caring. The various departments let’s all your diagnoses happen under one roof. Added plus is the car parking onsite .
