I have had a very positive experience in HCA. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful. The reception and administrative staff have always been polite and approachable, and I have felt that my questions and concerns were listened to. The clinical staff have also been caring, professional and thorough, which has made my experience much easier. The permises are clean, well maintained and welcoming. The waiting areas and consultation rooms have always appeared clean and tidy, which gives a good impression of the standard of care provided. Overall, I have been very happy with the level of care and service I have received. I would happily recommend HCA to others looking for a professional, caring and well-run practice.
