The rooms and care are , excellent and I could not fault any of it. I would definitely recommend it.
Both the surgery I underwent and the aftercare I am receiving leave me in no doubt I am in expert hands.
The staff were helpful and professional, steering me to Dr Scott with speed and proficiency. The building itself is an event!
I had a total right hip replacement on the 23rd of June which I was apprehensive about but honestly Mr Apthorp was so kind and sensitive and the procedure couldn’t have gone better. My husband did all of the research before we went with Mr Apthorp and it became clear that he is indeed a top surgeon and the best that you can get. I was up and walking in days, with a really small scar.. People can’t believe how quickly I am recovering! The hospital were amazing. The staff were all so kind, attentive and caring from the moment I arrived to the moment I left (late morning the next day) and honestly I can recommend this experience to anyone if you have to have the procedure done.
Every member of staff was helpful, kind and considerate
All of the staff within the disciplines that required were professional competent and pleasant to deal With A shout for the chef, as hospital food can take a hit the food was really good
