Dr Morris-Jones was absolutely brilliant. She was kind, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr Rachael Morris-Jones was very thorough and professional and identified my skin issues very quickly. She explained in detail the processes needed and referred me to an excellent colleague for minor surgery which removed two annoying and painful cysts. She also used cryotherapy on two lesions which had been problematical and uncomfortable. She has been particularly efficient with her follow up correspondence. Dr Morris-Jones is most charming and has a wonderful bedside manner which put me totally at ease. She is an excellent medical practitioner and I would highly recommend her. Very impressive.
I visited Dr Rachael because of the great reviews she had. For me the empathy the doctor has towards their patient is as important as their knowledge. Dr Rachael did not disappoint, she was attentive, and made me feel listened to.
