Very efficient friendly staff and spotlessly clean place.
My experience was frustrating as my appointment did not achieve what I wanted it to. I was led to believe I would be receiving exercises but it ended up being a conversation and a referral to someone who could set these exercises. As I had the exact conversation with my GP, I feel the appointment was pointless.
Professional & friendly. A good experience, would highly recommend.
Dr Bhatti was excellent, put me at ease . His explanations were helpful and easy to understand.
Receptionist is very polite and the other staff are very friendly
Got me seen and treated quickly. A process that would have taken months or years on the NHS done in weeks.
They changed my appointment yesterday by phone from 08.15 to 09.05 , this change of appointment was 15 minutes late been seen i had an opticians appointment due after my MRI so with my appointment been changed and been seen late I had to cancel my opticians appointment.
I was disappointed in the radiology. communication at the visit. 1. No introduction by personnel. 2 No explanation of the procedure( MRI) at all. 3. No question as to whether I had had this procedure before. I had but felt it could be quite frightening if I hadn’t eg very claustrophobic. No reassurance about the procedure and explanation of how/ when to use of the alarm button given. Reception staff helpful and polite
