Very busy reception area and MRI scans were running 20 minutes later than appointment times which is unacceptable when I took time off work for my appointment

Quick appointment, lovely staff. Had to wait nearly 4 days for the results not 48 hours

I contacted Living Care as I had a skin problem and they quickly made me an appointment to see Dr Bhatti. When I arrived for my appointment I was made to feel welcome. Dr Bhatti was very thorough and he had a kind demeanor which put me at ease straight away. I had Cryotherapy. I would definitely use Living Care again.

My sat nav took me to their offices: there was a vague map on the door. Eventually, after walking round the building - I rang the bell & was re directed across the road to another block where the clinic was (the entrance was not clearly marked there either!) maybe a sign at the roundabout directing patients to the ‘clinic’ would save people time & cut down stress. Sorry to moan - this was the only down point - everything else was brilliant - the receptionist was so lovely (I was nearly late due to sat nav directions) and calmed me down & re assured me made me feel comfortable!
