He is an exceptional surgeon, was very professional from start to finish. I am extremely happy with my results. A very genuine and caring person who explained all the risks and did a fantastic job. A genuine asset to any company, I wish him all the best and good health
I cannot recommend Dr Carter highly enough. I originally booked a private appointment with him for TMJ Botox, mistakenly thinking it was a full TMJ consultation. Because I was underage, he legally could not perform the procedure. However, instead of just turning me away, Dr Carter took me into his office and spent half an hour thoroughly examining my jaw. When I expressed concern about private costs, he incredibly waived his fee and arranged to fast-track me through a NHS clinic instead to save me money. Due to health issues, I unfortunately missed that NHS appointment. When I called months later on a weekend to explain, Dr Carter responded immediately by opening voicemail or his secretary informed him of it. By Monday morning, he had personally sent me a letter offering me a full year on the PIFU (Patient initiated Follow Up) pathway so I wouldn't lose access to care. He also took the time to reassure me that my X-ray bones looked okay and now I know best thing is looking into muscle issues with a potential MRI if he deems necessary after further examination which is a relief. Dr Carter is a rare, deeply empathetic doctor who genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and financial situations. I am very grateful for his support so far.
Mr Carter was very knowledgeable and very kind. He made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The examination and consultation were very thorough.
