I came yesterday for my son to get his tongue tie released and couldn’t have had a better experience. I was very nervous but Dr Parmar and Donna made the experience as easy as possible. They were very reassuring and friendly, and explained the full process start to finish. You could really tell they cared about making sure myself and my son were ok before, throughout and after the procedure. Thank you both!

I had been extremely anxious about my mouth problem but Mr Parmar took a lot of time over a thorough history and examination and very clearly explained the next steps. It was a huge relief to be handing my problem over to such a knowledgeable and experienced professional and I feel very reassured.
Mr Parmar is a fantastic person. I, instantly, felt at ease. I am subconscious of my issue and he made me feel very comfortable. He was very clear and I understood every single thing he said.
Dr Palmer was a breath of fresh air. He was kind, friendly, approachable and spoke to me like an equal. I felt very able to convey my experiences and symptoms much better and clearer when feeling heard and understood - and not judged. He explained things clearly and thoroughly and was all ears when I had a question. One of the best experiences of a doctor in years. Very grateful. Thank you.
I felt listened and not rushed and was able to talk through what has been a difficult and complexed 15 months. I was reassured that their was a path forward by being referred to a neurologist.

Medics have performed a UK-first operation to remove a type of head cancer using keyhole surgery through a patient's eye socket. Mother-of-three Ruvimbo Kaviya had a meningioma removed from the space located beneath the brain and behind the eyes. Many of these types of tumour would have previously been considered inoperable due to where they are situated in a area called the cavernous sinus.
