Thoroughly professional. Measured, well thought, sensible advice given. I’d recommend Mr Ojutiku as a respectable gynaecologist.
Very disappointed with a wait of 30 minutes to be seen after my confirmed appointment time. No communication during the wait and no reason given. My NHS GP keeps better time than that. The appointment itself was excellent. The member of staff who saw me was was friendly, considerate and very competent.
It was an extremely professional and patient friendly session.

Arrived with alarm going off, and nobody seemed to know how to stop it! My consultant was waiting for them to go to a pharmacy, as they couldn’t open their own cupboard with drug in! Unbelievable! I was a lucky patient somebody delivered one to him about 10mins into our appointment. Whereas previous patient had to go and have a coffee!

There was a security issue with doors locked to médecines . More updates could have been provided . Long wait ( still waiting )

Reception over stretched, taking calls, taking payments, collecting deliveries, so welcoming arrivals less congenial. Care from radiographer and pre -admin nurse excellent.
