Ms Fergus Saeed was very kind and helpful during our consultation. She was clear in her explanations of next step for me, and offered a lot of reassurance for something which has been causing me anxiety.

Ms Saeed was professional, thoughtful and thorough. She treated my worries with compassion but remained honest and realistic. She thought independently rather than following the status quo for complex issues that required it.

It was my first time at this branch and first consultation with Ferha having had a bad experience with a different consultant. It was like night and day and the reason I came was to try to get to the bottom of what could be causing the pain in my abdomen. Ferha communicates very clearly, sharing the right amount of information and made me feel at ease. I was very nervous but that all dissipated quite quickly. I am looking forward to our next appointment

I came to Ms Saaed after coming off the pill, as my periods had not normalised over the following year. After reading her excellent reviews, I felt confident booking with her — and she exceeded expectations. She was warm, professional and understanding, took the time to explain the possible causes, and promptly arranged further tests. She explained my results with care and without judgement, while gently guiding me on lifestyle changes and supplements, what to monitor, and when to consider additional fertility support. A lovely experience overall — I genuinely felt that she cared.
