Outstanding surgeon and exceptional care at The London Clinic I honestly cannot recommend Mr James White and The London Clinic highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience has been absolutely exceptional. Having dealt with shoulder problems following an old dislocation and a more recent AC joint injury, I wanted to feel confident that I was in the best possible hands. James was fantastic throughout. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, approachable and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through my options and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. What really stood out was his manner. He combines obvious expertise with a really personable, reassuring approach, which makes such a difference when you’re dealing with an injury and the prospect of surgery. The care at The London Clinic was equally phenomenal. Every member of staff I encountered was brilliant. Friendly, attentive, compassionate and incredibly professional. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the level of care and attention to detail was second to none. It’s rare to come away from a medical experience feeling so genuinely impressed by everyone involved, but that’s exactly how I feel. A huge thank you to James and the entire team at The London Clinic. Truly first-class care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing specialist shoulder treatment. Five stars really don’t feel like enough!

Dr White and the whole team at St Thomas’ were truly exceptional. Their dedication, kindness and willingness to listen to our concerns, and importantly, to take them on board, made an enormous difference to us. We felt supported and cared for throughout what was a very difficult and uncertain time. Mum, who already has some dementia, was suddenly incapacitated by a fractured elbow and significant difficulty walking, which made the situation particularly challenging for all of us. Throughout her stay in hospital, and during the follow-up visits afterwards, we always felt that we were being listened to, that our concerns mattered, and that we were never left to navigate the situation alone. The professionalism and, above all, the human care shown by Dr White and the entire team gave us a real sense of reassurance at a time when we needed it most. We are extremely grateful for everything they did for Mum and for the support they gave our family.

Met the doctor who did my operation and he was very nice had good clear and precise instructions. Was polite friendly and warm. Felt very comfortable.
