I can highly recommend Mr Wharton. I was seen on time with a professional assessment and clear recommendation for treatment.
I was recommended to Mr Wharton by a friend and my high expectations were easily met. He was thorough, professional, reassuring and very personable. I felt totally confident in his care.
Mr Wharton was very kind he explained what had happened to my finger carefully and recommended an exceptional hand therapist who ensured that I knew how to splint my finger. His office are very efficient, his Marylebone venue is very clean and close to public transport. I was seen quickly and can highly recommend him.
I have had a really wonderful experience with Mr Wharton. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my wrist for 6+ months. He did a clear assessment, diagnosed it correctly which was then confirmed on an ultrasound,, and had it treated with a couple of steroid injections and physiotherapy. I’m just on the other side of the second injection, but after half a year of quite uncomfortable aching and pain that’s been pretty constant, it finally seems to be healing. For the first time yesterday in MONTHS, I was doing something and stopped when I realized I was doing it with no pain. He’s also the kindest man; I had to bring my 9 month old baby to all my appts with him, and he was so lovely to him. I could not recommend him enough, and am so grateful for his care.
i was very happy with the treatment and explanations i received from Mr Wharton. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with difficulties with their hands.
Mr. Wharton was attentive, asking many questions and giving me a chance to explain what was happening whilst listening attentively and asking clarifying questions. He was empathetic and gave me advice with logical reasons. The cortisone injection procedure was as he described and I'm already feeling a positive result. Very pleased with the outcome so far.
Mr Wharton was excellent with out 4 year old daughter, addressing her and making her comfortable for examination. He also explained the injury and how to manage extremely well and realistically for a child.
I would highly recommend Mr Rupert Wharton. He combines excellent clinical judgement with a calm, thoughtful and reassuring manner, and communicates clearly in a genuinely patient-centred way. As a fellow clinician, I particularly value his professionalism and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him to both patients and colleagues.
