She was excellent at explaining all the ins an outs of starting with a very clear and simple approach. She listened to all my concerns and was able to talk very thoroughly about a future plan that didn’t feel overwhelming. She was an excellent listener, I felt very heard and considered. She was also very clear about ongoing support should I ever have any follow up issues.
