Very pleasant staff, clean environment.

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

Overall my experience in Benenden hospital was very pleasant. My procedure was very good. My only disappointment was my doctor never came to see me after the procedure to tell me how it went. Now have to wait over 3months to my follow up appointment.
