I met Dr. Haq after being told I’d have to wait 5 months for an endocrinologist on the NHS. He listened intently, asked questions and advised what the next steps should be. He understood the situation regarding self funding, and was sympathetic to this. The overall experience exceeded my expectation. I would highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed by Dr Kwan MBE’s availability at such notice and how quickly he came back with my results. On both consultations he was very calm and explained everything in great detail which reflected his knowledge and experience in the subject of Nephrology. He ordered a very detailed battery of tests to obtain as much understanding of what was wrong with me. I had a good number of questions during my consultations in detail. I found Dr Griguer to be very approachable and empathetic as well as professional. She listened carefully, ensuring she answered all my questions (even though some might have been silly). She explained, in non-medical terms, all the tests that would be done and was as thorough and clear in explaining the results, which came through very quickly. All suggested documents, nutrition plan etc were received speedily by email.

From the outset Dr Neil Srinivasan instilled confidence. I was treated as an individual with respect and empathy. I was referred to Dr Glynne for complex and confusing medical issues. He was the only doctor I have come across who could see the ‘bigger picture’ & connect all the dots to explain and explore my medical issues. He has a lovely calm manner and seems to genuinely care. He explains things clearly and is ready to go explore all avenues to find the cause of your problems. I feel more doctors should be trained by him!
