I had two video consultations with Dr. Kwan and from my experience, I recommend him. He was easy to speak with and listened carefully and patiently to my very lengthy case background. Also, his sense of humor is petty good! I had hydronephrosis on my left kidney (for an unknown length of time) due to a tumor obstructing my ureter. The removal of the tumor was done a year before I saw Dr. Kwan. I have a constant dull pain on my left side which my GP could not figure out the source of. I approached Dr. Kwan for a second opinion. I was able to get a very plausible and well-delivered explanation for the pain I have from his long experience and astute expertise in nephrology. He suggested a reasonable mid-term plan to follow with my GP and reassessing in the near future if my health change. Some, not intrusive, tests were done at his request. He did not try to "upsell" any services. Plenty of his time was invested in listening to my complex case and assessing existing CT scan imaging and Reports from other hospitals. I cannot recommend enough Dr. Jonathan Kwan. An excellent experience overall. I hope I never have to see him again of course, but if I do, I know I will be in great hands.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Kwan regarding some misleading blood results. From the moment I made the initial request for an appointment Dr Kwan was fully engaged and very prompt to respond. During the appointment he listened to my concerns and gave a really clear explanation of my results. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kwan for any Renal/kidney consultations.

Dr Kwan was absolutely fantastic. After a gruelling time about a worrisome kidney issue that had been ongoing with the NHS for over a year Dr Kwan was able to address all of my concerns in a couple of weeks. Most importantly he cared, took the time to explain and talked to me in a human way. He asked about my lifestyle to truly understand my symptoms and experiences. Very reassuring, expert and human - a solid concoction for a Dr!
