The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting area and toilets. Good parking available.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.
