He asked me to have an ultrasound and had the results since March 22nd. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a response from him. His assistant is entirely useless, and I have tried multiple times to contact her without any response.

He was very thorough and was respectful, positive and listened to me. His explanation regarding required further diagnostic testing was reassuring. He explained treatment options and I felt fully supported.

Prof Michaelides was welcoming, respectful, patient and very informative. He answered my questions at a level I could understand and I felt totally confident in his care and trusted his knowledge and experience.
