He asked me to have an ultrasound and had the results since March 22nd. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in trying to get a response from him. His assistant is entirely useless, and I have tried multiple times to contact her without any response.

I saw Mr Uddin with a diagnosis of TED from a different hospital. After examination Mr Uddin advised that his opinion was that this was not TED, and this was indeed confirmed by ultrasound a few days later. Mr Uddin correctly diagnosed Carotid Cavernous Fistula, something that was completely missed by previous physicians. Mr Uddin's knowledge and professionalism were exemplary throughout.

He gave a professional consultation in a friendly manner

Mr Jimmy Uddin was a nice doctor to talk to, but I had a pretty horrible experience after the local anaesthetic used for my procedure did not work appropriately. Mr Uddin tried to be reassuring, but didn't adequately explain what was happening to me or what was going wrong. He also promised that he would write to me and explain the anaesthetic used in case it was a drug issue, but I've yet to receive any communication from him.

He saw me on time- understood exactly what was needed and did it all on the spot.

Mr Uddin is clearly a gifted and highly qualified professional. I feel 100% safe in his hands. He was very quick to diagnose my rare condition (Meige syndrome), and he listens carefully to my updates on progress with symptoms and the effects of treatment, and he responds effectively to any changing needs/situations. He is very clear on the options available, but does not push me into decisions until/unless I'm ready.

very good but after that the service has been dreadful and still waiting for dates, totally understand he is on holiday but surly his secretary has his diary

This was my second appointment with Mr Uddin. I did find it helpful but this second appointment was compromised by the fact that my test results had not been sent to Mr Uddin.
