The Initial appointment with Dr Addison was great, took the time to listen what my symptoms were as well as medical history. Then followed up with the required tests to ensure my condition was not something more serious. On the other hand the follow up appointment post-treatment came across as a tick box exercise, with little time to discuss overall conclusions, prevailing symptoms or expected prognosis. Overall it was a positive, reassuring experience. Yet, I would have found more value in the chance to discuss the outcome of the consultation.
Mr Addison was absolutely amazing. He spent time explaining and discussing treatment options. He was compassionate and understanding. The treatment he provided was exactly what I needed.
