Excellent!! He took the time, not just to say what he was going to do, but also to explain 'why'. He was also careful to use language which was easy to understand, rather than professional, technical vocabulary. He has the ability to put patients at ease, which is of the upmost importance.

Mr Niaz has been looking after my eye for about 3 years. Each time I meet him I express my gratitude that is now time to make it public. I am just a NHS patient but Mr Niaz always go above and beyond to reassure, explain and look after me really well, I have also seen how he handles other patients and it only shows that he put his heart and soul into what he does. When I meet doctors like Mr Niaz it just proves that God look after His children by manifesting his care through people like Mr Niaz. I just want to thank you so much for all you do and let you know that any patient would be extremely lucky to have a gem like you as a doctor. I am truly blessed! I wish and pray for you to be well for many many years to come. All my appreciation and respect to you. Thank you is never enough. God bless you and your family! Andre D.S.
