I cannot praise the attention and treatment that I received enough. All of the staff at The Holly were extremely pleasant and efficient. Everything was done in a very personable manner with friendliness all around. I was so happy with the treatment I received from Mr Islam he understood that I am very squeamish and treated me with kindness and respect. I asked him not to give me a commentary of what is going on during the procedure and he chatted all the way through keeping me completely at ease. I was so happy with him that I have actually recommended him to 2 people that I know are due to have the same procedure
