My experience of counselling with Ralph is totally positive. He helped me to address my depression and anxiety, identify my triggers and negative responses and implement techniques that I'll be able to use going forward to stay mentally well. The benefits of therapy have been enormous and have truly changed my outlook on life. I would advocate therapy for anyone wishing to address their mental health issues and start the journey to positive wellbeing.

I had an exceptional experience at The New Life Centre. The staff, each exceptional in their unique ways, were friendly, attentive, and approachable, displaying an abundance of kindness, compassion, and respect tailored to individual needs. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, comparable to a five-star hotel. Situated in a rural area teeming with wonderful wildlife, the building provided privacy and a sense of safety crucial for my recovery. The atmosphere is truly conducive to healing. The staff offered various recreational activities without pressure, fostering a supportive environment. The food was not only delicious but also varied, allowing each person to choose according to their preferences and schedule. The overall experience at The New Life Centre has been truly life-changing in a positive way.

Me and my family have been with akea life just over 4 years now and they have always been very straight forward and easy to deal with. All the doctors have been amazing, but they are always happy to help, kind and caring, very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable during the visits. Would definitely recommended Akea life to anyone wanting excellent health care.
