The support and knowledge was outstanding. It was very refreshing to have a ‘one stop shop’ covering neurodiversity through to ADHD. If you have doubts and want answers I could recommend them highly enough.

So my whole experience is somewhat mixed. Firstly I had my psychiatric evaluation and then my ADHD assessment I am told this was the wrong way around. I had my psychotic assessment and they took me from August up until April to be able to get my ADHD assessment, but as the booking link didn’t work I rang several times to try and get a new link and didn’t get any response to this. I emailed through four times and didn’t get any response to this and then finally I spoke to your lady who then sent me the link I have since had an ADHD assessment with Hannah which was fine and then had a follow-up appointment which was called thriving adapt which was booked through cells at mentis the booking system was very peculiar. I booked an appointment for 3:30 p.m. upon completing the booking was then told that the appointment was 2 pm until 330 never booked anywhere with a finishing time was supposed to starting time. I then left work early to attend this appointment on a video call where I then had a 30 minute assessment. I was told that’s it for today. We will follow up later when I was expecting an 90 minute appointment. The follow-up was then very good with Hannah, but she said she would send me some paperwork on strategies of how to cope via email which so far I have not received. I would very much like a response to this.

Had a video consultation with a mental health nurse whi was friendly and very thorough.
