Made me feel very comfortable. She made it clear to me that she wanted to fully understand my experience- often encouraging me to expand on things. I felt very listened to and understood. It felt personal despite following standardised questions, making me feel very confident that there weren’t any miscommunications. If I struggled to understand a question, she would listen to what I was communicating and make sure that was also considered, before rephrasing the question in a way easier for me to understand. I really felt that I got the best out of it that I could and it felt very reassuring having someone to talk to about myself, without any fear of judgement or bias.
East to talk with, supportive through the process.
Really helpful
The appointment with Hannah were great. It’s what happens after nothing comes through. I don’t know whether the fault lies with Hannah or the admin team.
Felt at ease the minute Hannah came on the call! Made a stressful environment very calming
