Mr David Green

Mr. David Green is a highly experienced Mental Health Nurse with a career spanning nearly two decades. He obtained his BSc in Nursing (mental health) from Hull University in 2005 and has since worked extensively within adult mental health services. His professional journey includes roles in addictions, forensics, and community settings, where he has gained invaluable experience.

David's commitment to neurodiversity is both personal and professional. He graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Postgraduate Certificate in Interprofessional Practice (Approved Mental Health Professional) in 2013, which allowed him to practise as an AMHP for four years. In 2018, he completed his Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) qualification at Hull University, expanding his scope to include ADHD medication management, an area he further developed in 2023.

Currently serving as the lead nurse for a community mental health team in East Riding of Yorkshire, David is known for his compassionate and person-centred approach to care. He is dedicated to providing empathetic support, ensuring individuals receive the necessary information and assistance to make informed decisions about their mental health and well-being.
