Pleasant experience

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

The team at the Nuffield Leeds were outstanding, especially the staff on the ward, their attention to detail and kindness made the whole experience stress free and with assurance of their intention to look after me as the patient, but also my Husband as a visitor.

Amazing! The staff have been so friendly and can't do enough to help you and make you feel comfortable. Even having to stay overnight unexpectedly after surgery, I felt safe and sooo well cared for! Thank you so much!!

This was my very first time visiting a private hospital. I went for a full blood screening which was on a promotional offer and constituted excellent value for money considering the vast array of biomarkers offered which ordinarily would have been extremely expensive. Just around 20 mins drive from my residence. Nice and clean hospital and very welcoming. The lady (receptionist) on duty recognised my voice when I went to book in which I was very surprised considering she must see a plethora of patients every day. Free drinks on offer – tea and coffee as well as a selection of condiments. A very smooth and professional experience. I strongly recommend the hospital based on my first impression. The consultation room was very clean, large and spacious with ample medical instruments – a very far cry from the your usual GP surgery!
