Groups and 1 to 1's very helpful. Staff friendly and helpful. More downtime than I expected.

I've founf the therapists to be extremely helpful and the have provided me with very helpful literature that has aided my recovery. The groupr sessions and workshops have continuted to be helpful. I feel like I have gained a better understanding of how the process works thoughut my time here. The one negative I have found is that the venue seems a little understaffed, for intance, not being abe to find someone when youneed them. Sme issued raised in the community meetings seemed to be overlooked as the person making the descioncs, about said issue, is rarely present.

I had an exceptional experience at The New Life Centre. The staff, each exceptional in their unique ways, were friendly, attentive, and approachable, displaying an abundance of kindness, compassion, and respect tailored to individual needs. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, comparable to a five-star hotel. Situated in a rural area teeming with wonderful wildlife, the building provided privacy and a sense of safety crucial for my recovery. The atmosphere is truly conducive to healing. The staff offered various recreational activities without pressure, fostering a supportive environment. The food was not only delicious but also varied, allowing each person to choose according to their preferences and schedule. The overall experience at The New Life Centre has been truly life-changing in a positive way.

The Paediatrician DR Bala was brilliant! We had sent over a very detailed description of our daughters issues and he had learned it. Made me feel like he had already done research into her issues rather than usually when you see someone, they are that quick to summarise, you feel they haven't thought about it. My daughter is not great with people she doesn't know, and he was great with her, started off trying to make her feel comfortable before he even started the consultation. Used great tricks to stop her getting upset during examining her. Asked us if we wanted to ask anything else that was not related to our original concern. When we went to the pharmacy after to collect a prescription, we had an issue with the medicine, we called the vessy receptionist, she put us straight through to DR Bala, and he offered to speak to the pharmacy. Amazing experience! And I could not fault anything.

Absolutely outstanding. All of the staff were kind and attentive at all times. Everyone treated me with the utmost care and dignity and genuinely made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

Very professional and fast service

Very good, workshops meditation staff. Too many eggs! Room very nice clean etc nice common and dining room. All meds given on time and reminded when I forgot!

I have learnt some valuable tools to use in my recovery. The groups are amazing and the therapy, However there should be improvements made. Support staff are not very supportive, with only one exception. It is highly overpriced for what they offer.
