Benenden Hospital

Great overall experience but had to wait about an hour after appointment time. Other than that perfect!

Unfortunately I was one of the last to be seen which meant that I found it difficult to get home. All the local taxis were busy and Uber were unwilling to come all the way out to the hospital but I finally manged to get a taxi to catch the penultimate direct train back to London. People like me on public transport really wish that you had not got rid of the Benenden bus. I was very well looked after by all the staff. I'm assuming the operation was a success but at the moment my legs are still black and blue so I look forward to when the wounds have disappeared so i can see how they look. Altogether a decent day with very good staff spoilt by the fact that Beneden is difficult for people on public transpot in the evening.

Apart from the waiting time which made it a very long day, being in from 7am and not going down until 11am, everything else was very good and efficient. Thank you

My most recent visit for my left total knee replacement (as I have already had my hysterectomy and two hip replacements at Benenden too) have been way and above pleasing. Every single aspect of Benenden Hospital and all the staff have been way better than I could ever hope for. I will always choose Benenden again should I ever need anything else doing and will always recommend Benenden very highly to my family and friends. Thank you to you all.

I was seen very quickly by a delightful consultant, who recommended a procedure, which took place just a few weeks later. The hospital was clean and spacious and everyone very polite and friendly.
