The doctor is excellent, and I am very pleased with the care provided. However, my main concern is with the reception and the way appointments are managed by the nursing staff. On my first visit, I was the last appointment of the day, and despite arriving 10–15 minutes before my scheduled time, I had to wait for more than an hour. On my second visit, I was the first appointment of the day, yet I experienced the same issue and again waited for over an hour. Experiencing such a significant delay in both situations suggests that the appointment scheduling and coordination could be managed more efficiently. I hope this can be addressed, as the quality of care provided by the doctor is otherwise excellent.

I am very disappointed with the waiting process in the X-ray department. I had to wait for a long time because there is no clear numbering or queue system to show which patient arrived first. Some patients entered the X-ray section before others who had been waiting longer. Since there is no proper system to track the order of patients, the X-ray staff may assume that the person who approaches them is the next patient without checking who actually arrived first. I kindly request that a clear queue or ticket-number system be implemented to ensure that all patients are seen fairly according to their arrival time and to avoid unnecessary waiting and confusion.

The Arabic speaking receptionist at the lab - second floor was extremely aggressive and not willing to resolve my issue. One of my tests: testestesteron is rejected and the comment in there said : screening not covered. Which is not related to blood test. She was not willing to follow up and told me to check with the dr yourself. Very disappointing
