I am truly grateful to Dr. Elie for taking care of me throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery. What impressed me the most was how attentive and responsive he always was. Whenever I had a question or concern, even something very small, he would reply promptly and take it seriously. He even remembered small details about my health, such as the vitamins and nutrients I was deficient in, which made me feel genuinely cared for rather than just being another patient. English is not my first language, but Dr. Elie was always extremely patient with me. He would take the time to explain things clearly and even translate when necessary to make sure I fully understood. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. Throughout my pregnancy, I felt very calm and reassured. As a female patient, I also never felt awkward or uncomfortable during examinations despite having a male doctor. He was always professional, respectful and considerate. During my delivery, Dr. Elie gave me so much care, reassurance and support. Looking back, I feel very lucky that he was the doctor who accompanied me through my pregnancy and the birth of my baby. Thank you so much, Dr. Elie, for making such an important chapter of my life feel safe, calm and well cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, patient and professional OB-GYN.

I genuinely don’t think words can describe how happy I am with my smile. Choosing Dr. Faryal for my veneers was not just a dental treatment it was an experience from beginning to end. From the first consultation, I immediately understood why her work is different. She has an incredible eye for beauty and detail. She didn’t simply ask me what shade or shape of teeth I wanted; she studied my face, my smile, my lips, my expressions and even the way I naturally speak and smile. Her approach is so bespoke that you feel she is designing a smile specifically for you rather than giving you a standard set of veneers. My biggest request was that I wanted beautiful teeth without looking like I had veneers, and she absolutely perfected this. The colour blending, translucency, texture, tiny natural details and proportions are unbelievable. Even the bite feels completely natural. There is nothing bulky, artificial or overly white about them. When I saw my final smile, I honestly became emotional. It still looked like me just a more polished, confident and elevated version of me.

The doctor is incredibly, incredibly skilled at what she does. I used to have very large and noticeable pores on my face, and I can confidently say that almost 80% of them have disappeared thanks to the treatment plan she created for me and her consistent follow-up throughout the process. She is truly the only doctor who has ever understood how to deal with my skin properly, professionally, and with complete honesty and transparency. I genuinely mean it when I say she is the only one who has been able to treat my skin this effectively. She is exceptionally talented, and she has such a gentle hand when it comes to injections and applying treatments. She also takes the time to provide clear and detailed information about every treatment, injection, and step of the plan, making sure everything is done carefully and precisely. This was my first visit to the clinic, and I experienced significant confusion regarding my 3:45 PM appointment. A staff member instructed me to wait outside the doctor's room and enter as soon as the previous patient came out. However, around 4:04 PM, as I was getting up to enter, another patient was escorted in ahead of me. When I asked about the timing, I was surprised to learn that the other patient’s appointment was at 4:00 PM—after my scheduled slot—despite having been told I was next. When I tried to clarify, the nurse became defensive, claiming I appeared as a walk-in without an appointment and citing that I was four minutes late arriving at her desk. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my confirmed 3:45 PM booking, my explanation was dismissed. The clinic should train its staff to handle internal scheduling errors professionally and empathetically, rather than shifting blame onto patients during administrative mix-ups.

I had an excellent experience at Bloom Plus Clinic, especially with Dr. Neethu Kumaran, who did my wisdom tooth extraction. I was suffering from severe and deep pain before the treatment, and I was quite worried about the extraction. However, Dr. Neethu handled the procedure with great care, confidence, and professionalism. She is highly experienced, patient, and very friendly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment, I am now completely relieved from the pain and feeling much better. The clinic atmosphere is also very pleasant, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were supportive and professional. Another great thing is that the charges were very reasonable and comfortable for the quality of treatment provided. A special thanks to Dr. Neethu Kumaran for her excellent treatment and care. My sugar is increasing and was thinking of getting a shot to reduce it however instead he recommend me the monitoring of my sugar for the next two weeks to understand the food intake and adjust accordingly as initial step prior getting into another medication. He recommended the food to take to have a better results after the initial 3 days.. and we will review in a month the results… very happy with his recommendations.
