I made an appointment with Dr. Ameer after sustaining a deep cut to my thumb with a bread knife. From the moment I arrived, the care I received was exceptional. I waited no more than five minutes before being seen by the medical team. Dr. Ameer carefully examined the injury and clearly explained the recommended course of treatment, ensuring that I understood exactly what was required. He was professional, reassuring, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire procedure. Within approximately 20 minutes, the wound had been thoroughly cleaned, four stitches had been inserted, and my thumb was carefully bandaged to help prevent infection. I was also given clear aftercare instructions, together with a prescription for antibiotic cream to apply once the dressing is removed. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Ameer for the prompt, compassionate, and highly professional care he provided. His calm manner, attention to detail, and efforts to make the procedure as comfortable and painless as possible were greatly appreciated. Thank you for turning what was a very distressing accident into such a positive healthcare experience.

It was not at all fair to get me a wrong appointment by Prime hospital. I had a consultant 2 weeks back with Dr. Sanjay Kumar Sureen and he recommended with medication and an MRI and further to that I was waiting for the nurse to call me back for an appointment however i didn't get one. I called couple of days to get an appointment at hospital where the call centre people told that Dr. Sanjay kumar has moved from the hospital to Jumeirah branch and asked me to call the PMC clinic call centre. when I did i was given the appointment for another doctor with the same name Dr. Sanjay kumar kapoor. I would say this is an such an worst service call from Prime hospital. I merely wasted 2 hours of my precious time driving from Muhaishnah4 till Jumeirah for 65 kms, and Salik etc. Kindly take this up with the management.
