I genuinely don’t think words can describe how happy I am with my smile. Choosing Dr. Faryal for my veneers was not just a dental treatment it was an experience from beginning to end. From the first consultation, I immediately understood why her work is different. She has an incredible eye for beauty and detail. She didn’t simply ask me what shade or shape of teeth I wanted; she studied my face, my smile, my lips, my expressions and even the way I naturally speak and smile. Her approach is so bespoke that you feel she is designing a smile specifically for you rather than giving you a standard set of veneers. My biggest request was that I wanted beautiful teeth without looking like I had veneers, and she absolutely perfected this. The colour blending, translucency, texture, tiny natural details and proportions are unbelievable. Even the bite feels completely natural. There is nothing bulky, artificial or overly white about them. When I saw my final smile, I honestly became emotional. It still looked like me just a more polished, confident and elevated version of me.

This was my first visit to the clinic, and I experienced significant confusion regarding my 3:45 PM appointment. A staff member instructed me to wait outside the doctor's room and enter as soon as the previous patient came out. However, around 4:04 PM, as I was getting up to enter, another patient was escorted in ahead of me. When I asked about the timing, I was surprised to learn that the other patient’s appointment was at 4:00 PM—after my scheduled slot—despite having been told I was next. When I tried to clarify, the nurse became defensive, claiming I appeared as a walk-in without an appointment and citing that I was four minutes late arriving at her desk. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my confirmed 3:45 PM booking, my explanation was dismissed. The clinic should train its staff to handle internal scheduling errors professionally and empathetically, rather than shifting blame onto patients during administrative mix-ups.

I needed to do a contrast CT scan for the heart. I received a phone call from the doctor 2days before the procedure and he explained the procedure and did take the information regarding any allergies that I had. On the day of the procedure I was received by the nurses who also made sure everything was going well and also explained the preparations needed prior to the procedure. The technician also was so clear in explaining the process and what was going to happen and the duration of the procedure. All in all was positive. I was a little nervous as it was my first experience with the scan, but I left with a positive feeling. Also the doctor came twice to assure me that everything looked good and that I would get the whole report looked at by my doctor. In short, my experience was really positive and all of the staff from reception to nurses, technician and doctors were very kind and supportive.

بصراحة د. سارة من أفضل الدكاترة اللي تعاملت وياهم ماشاءالله ايدها خفيفة أنا عندي مقاومة للبوتكس وجربت عيادات ودكاترة كثير، لكن لحسن حظي صديقتي نصحتني اراجع الدكتورة سارة و فعلا أكثر نتيجة استفدت منها لدرجة اني احقن بدون مخدر موضعي و هذا لاني اثق فيها. الحمدلله شغلها وااااايد دقيق، وعندها خبرة و فنانة مستحيل تطلع من عندها و انت مب راضي عن النتيجة ..، سعيدة لانه نتيجة الحقن بينت وياي و النتيجة كانت واضحة وطبيعية فعلا شاطرة وفنانة في شغلها، والأهم أنها تفهم احتياج المريضة وتعرف تتعامل حتى مع الحالات اللي يكون فيها البوتكس أقل استجابة. أنصح فيها جدا كل الحب و التقدير لج دكتورة سارة، ما أبالغ إذا قلت ايدج تنلف بحرير و ان شاءالله دايما احلى النتايج تكون على ايدج 💞💞💞

I came to know about this clinic when I was referred by my friend when I was looking for good clinic that works good with braces. I found out this clinic work on referral system, not on usual sponsored ads or paid influencer recommendation who are mostly not honest with their reviews. I was skeptical at first but I notice the difference by Doctor's care and meticulousness. Doctor Jayanth is very specific and not lazy when doing work that I notice the difference every month I go for adjustment. I cannot recommend this clinic more enough, not just braces but other services too like crowns they do it best here.

My sugar is increasing and was thinking of getting a shot to reduce it however instead he recommend me the monitoring of my sugar for the next two weeks to understand the food intake and adjust accordingly as initial step prior getting into another medication. He recommended the food to take to have a better results after the initial 3 days.. and we will review in a month the results… very happy with his recommendations.
