Appointment Booking: Currently, there is no dedicated hotline or separate line for appointments — everyone has to call the same number, which often causes long waiting times. Suggestion: Introduce an online appointment booking system or outsourced call centre support to improve accessibility and convenience. Pharmacy Services: The pharmacy does not offer home delivery within the vicinity. This creates inconvenience for patients and can drive them to other clinics or pharmacies with better services. Suggestion: Implement a home delivery option similar to competitors (e.g., Aster Pharmacy) to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty. Overall, streamlining payment and registration, improving appointment accessibility, and adding home delivery for medicines will significantly enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

I have been attending this clinic for the past month or so , I have to say my daughters physio Therapiest Daniela in Up and running have been absolutely phenomenal, super passionate 100% with about daughter case. , her passion wanting to see the best for my daughter’s scoliosis absolutely made me as a mother at ease comfortable to drive more than half an hour to clinic just to have my daughter in her hands . She was the first one to find out about my daughter shorter leg than the other leg and how it affected her hip and the way she stands. We were able to fix this problem that was one the biggest stress for me as a mother Super happy and grateful already see tremendous results with my daughters back and pain gone 98% of the time. Thanks is not enough . Will drive even an hour if I have to, have to say one of the best physio Therapiest I dealt with in Dubai. The waiting time for the doctor was unacceptable, even though there was just one patient ahead of me, as the nurse did not follow up and seemed busy with her own tasks. I had to ask another nurse more than twice about meeting the doctor, and despite their assurance to call me back, it unfortunately did not happen. Eventually, when I informed the receptionist that I wanted to cancel my appointment, only then did they page the nurse, who took me to the doctor’s office – all while the doctor was free the whole time. Moreover, I did not receive clear information regarding the swab test. The nurse told me the report would be ready after three days. Still, I only later understood that it was the culture test that actually takes three days, which should have been communicated clearly during my initial interaction. There were further issues with the request for a call back; the nurse did not call back or provide the correct information. Overall, the experience was frustrating as I had to wait for more than three hours to speak with the doctor.

Hello, Prime was known for its hospitality and great staff. However as per the last visit both the dr. And nurse behaved unprofessionally. The moment I sat down and before I said any word the dr said to be “come on, give a reason to give you sick leave “ before checking my medical records. What I was a dr says that to a patient specially to the one with a valid medical history. No questions and no analysis and straight up assumption and not being considerate of patients. I have then informed him that I have a record and I was recommended to visit a neurologist and I want the recommendation letter, I told him my MRI Result and everything. He did no diagnoses at all and I was the one who recommended all the blood tests that needed to be done The nurse on the other hand was aggressive and forced me to pay for the visit and then buying the medication before I could get an off. I requested to be transferred to the ENT. Overall the experience was horrible.

He treated her with great care and professionalism, always taking the time to explain every step and make sure we understood everything clearly. We visited him around five times, and every time he was patient, kind, and very respectful. Thanks to his expertise and accurate treatment, my wife’s hand has improved a lot. I found communication to be lacking. Whilst the actual appointment was fine it was frustrating that no reminder was sent. I did have to call and was on hold for a long time to confirm. No pin or location was sent so I just had to use Waze and it did not bring me into the inner road when your clinic is put in. I ended up having to go behind and just putting paid parking and walking quite a distance otherwise I would have been very late. I tried to WhatsApp for confirmation and also the address and pin. Confirmation was sent a day later on the appointment but didn't receive anything on location.

I have observed that many of the counter staff seem inattentive and lack a welcoming attitude, as they often appear disinterested and rarely smile. It is also difficult to locate the doctor’s nurse, who is frequently away from the station and not attending to patients as expected. I faced a similar issue during my previous visit, and unfortunately, I have not noticed any improvement since then. I hope management can address this matter to enhance the overall patient experience.
