Good afternoon, My name is Syed. I visited Prime Medical Center yesterday for a pediatric consultation. I have Daman health insurance, and the consultation with the pediatrician was completed smoothly. However, when I went to the pharmacy with the doctor’s prescription, I was informed that there was a technical issue with the Daman insurance system. I was then provided with a claim/reimbursement form and was advised to purchase the medicines through a pharmacy. I subsequently visited three different pharmacies, but none of them accepted the form. I was informed that the required RX/prescription number was missing from the form. This resulted in a very difficult and frustrating situation for me, especially as I had visited the medical center for my child and expected the insurance and pharmacy process to be handled smoothly. I would like to understand: 1. If there was a technical issue with Daman insurance at Prime Medical Center, why was the consultation processed without informing me about the issue beforehand? 2. Why was I given a claim form that was not accepted by other pharmacies due to missing information? 3. Why was I required to visit multiple pharmacies to resolve an issue that was not caused by me? 4. Who will take responsibility for the inconvenience and additional time caused? I request Prime Medical Center to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a proper explanation and resolution. I also request that such issues be addressed internally so that other patients do not face the same difficulty.

Actually I couldn’t expect that Doctor can be not friendly to patient, I went by walk-in to the hospital and took token for consultation, because that time I had panic attack, my emotions were so high and bad that I almost couldn’t control, so I started to cry, but once I met the Doctor, he told me next time make appointment our patients who made appointments they’re complaining because they’re waiting long time cause of me, so that means I’m not the patient? I’m nobody? What if I don’t have app ? What if that time I need urgent to see the doctor because I had panic attack and making appointment didn’t came to my mind, after this I didn’t want to share with doctor anything, I didn’t feel comfortable with him and i didn’t trust him, experienced one they know with patient need to be patience. In consultation he just asked me questions and I was answering, and he gave me diagnose of depression, he gave me prescription medication which is antidepressants, he gave me his WhatsApp if in case I didn’t understand how to take I can ask him on WhatsApp but once i bought the medication I asked him in WhatsApp 3 questions he just answered one and another’s ignored. For consultation psytherapist 700AED and this attitude, i don’t think will help patients to get better.

I’m currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and have been dealing with multiple large fibroids, along with severe nausea and vomiting. Their support and compassion made me feel safe and comfortable during some of the most difficult moments of my pregnancy. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Samer and the entire nursing team for taking such wonderful care of me and my baby. I highly recommend Dr. Samer to all expecting moms who are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy doctor. Alhamdulillah, I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Talal during what was a very difficult and emotional time for me. I had a miscarriage and was honestly extremely scared about the procedure and everything that came with it. Dr. Talal made the entire experience so much easier than I could have imagined. He was reassuring, professional, kind and made me feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the process. Everything went incredibly smoothly. I had no pain, no unnecessary discomfort, and the whole experience was far less frightening than I had prepared myself for. I’m genuinely so grateful for the way he handled my case and for the care I received. When you’re already going through something emotionally difficult, having a doctor who can make the medical side of it feel this easy makes such a huge difference. اسمي مازن ، وانا من المرضى المتلقين للعلاج لدى د وائل عيسى. زيارة اليوم موفقة بشكل عام ، الاستقبال والتوقيت والعلاج. عانيت خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية من آلام ناتجة عن الديسك والتوتر في اكثر من مكان وخضعت لعلاجات طويلة ومختلفة ولكنها لم تجدِ في اعطاء النتائج المرجوّة ، لم ارد ان أتسرع في التقييم ولكن من خلال الجلسات القليلة الأولى مع د وائل وبحمد الله بدأت اشعر بتحسن ملحوظ ولدي أمل في الوصول إلى علاج ناجح لمصدر الألم وليس فقط الأعراض من خلاله بعون الله بناء على التقييمات الأولى. انصح المرضى أولاً باحترام الألم لأنه مؤشر من الجسم بوجود خلل ما يجب التحرك لعلاجه كما انصح بالتعامل الشفاف والمتبادل مع الطبيب او المعالج في جميع المراحل للمساعدة في التقييم الصحيح والعلاج الملائم. وأخيراً اتمنى للجميع ان يوفقوا بمقابلة أطباء او معالجين يضفون القيمة الحقيقية للعلاج على الصعيد المهني كما هو د وائل واتمنى الشفاء العاجل لجميع المرضى وأدعو الله ألا يصيبكم مكروه. تحياتي.

The waiting period at the appointment, cashiers and pharmacy was too too long. On top of this it seems you all changed the process for Emirates staffs. First I had to wait for the admission there were 10 ppl ahead of me. Then due to the new process I had to wait at the cashier as again there was 10 ppl ahead. Lastly after I visited the doctor again they said go back to cashier. How ridiculous, the wait at the pharmacy was even bad , 20 ppl ahead of me. At least try to keep the cash taking faculty at the admissions if ur changing the process. When asked for the feedback form the staff gave me google review qr code. Should I place a review in google as well??

I had a very good experience during my first visit to the center. From the reception staff to the medical team, everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The center is clean, and the service was fast and well organized. A special thank you to Shane, who really took the time to listen to my concerns while I was waiting for my approval. She was very supportive and kept in touch with me regarding the status of my approval. Her kindness and genuine concern really meant a lot to me, especially during a stressful time. Dr. Michael is always my go-to doctor for any orthopaedic issue in my family. He treated my daughter when she was young after she dislocated her elbow, quickly identifying the issue and putting it back in place smoothly and with minimal discomfort — something that clearly came from his experience. He also treated me for tennis elbow last year, and more recently for De Quervain’s. We initially tried physiotherapy, followed by an injection, and the results have been excellent. An amazing doctor who genuinely speaks from experience, takes the time to understand the problem, and always treats his patients with care. Highly recommended!

Dr. Haroon Khan has been fantastic for my ongoing follow-ups. Managing a chronic condition means there’s always something to tweak or keep an eye on, and he never rush through the appointment. At every check-up, he take the time to actually go over my labs together, talk through how my joints have been feeling since last time, and make sure my current meds are still doing their job without causing annoying side effects. It really feels like a partnership rather than just a quick chart review.
