We were under Dr. Oksana’s care throughout my pregnancy, and from our very first appointment, we knew that we did not want to see another doctor and that we wanted to stay with her. She guided us throughout the entire pregnancy, explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and was always available whenever we needed her. I would especially like to thank her for her incredible patience, as I asked a lot of questions and often needed things explained more than once. She was always kind, attentive, and reassuring. I would also like to give a very special thank you for the entire labor and delivery experience. From the very beginning of labor, we stayed in constant contact, and Dr. Oksana guided and supported me every step of the way. Once we arrived at the hospital, she personally took care of both me and our baby and was there for us throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance and support, I was able to have a smooth natural delivery. She guided me through the contractions, helped me understand what to do at every stage, and supported me throughout the pushing stage. Because of her, I have such a positive and beautiful memory of my birth experience. What touched me the most was that her presence never felt like that of just a doctor. She made us feel as though we had a close and trusted person from our own family by our side. My husband, our little baby , and I are incredibly grateful to Dr. Oksana for everything she has done for us. We will always remember her care, support, patience, and kindness with enormous gratitude. 🤍

I would like to raise a concern regarding the reception service at the gynaecological section. There is often only one receptionist available at the counter, while the queue can extend to 10–13 people or more. What is particularly frustrating is that nurses sometimes come in with patients or special requests, and those patients are allowed to skip the queue despite others having been waiting for a considerable amount of time. Even when there are three people at the reception counter and a long queue, patients are simply told to stand behind the first person in line rather than being directed efficiently to the available staff. The manner in which some of the reception staff communicate with patients can also come across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I also understand that staff may need to communicate with one another during working hours. However, speaking and laughing among themselves in front of patients, particularly while patients are waiting in a long queue, can appear unprofessional and may give the impression that patients' concerns and waiting time are not being taken seriously. I hope the management will look into the reception process, queue management, staff communication, and overall patient experience in this section. Improving these areas would make a significant difference, especially for patients who are already waiting for medical care.

We visited Dr. Sarah with our newborn baby after she had hearing tests done after birth at the hospital. Our daughter's results from the hospital were initially not what we expected, and we were worried. But thankfully we saw Dr. Sarah and she immediately identified the possible cause. She conducted follow ups to ensure our daughter's testing results normalized. And they did! It was exactly as she predicted and described. She was also an excellent communicator during a time where we were a bit nervous - she was so empathetic and professional while guiding us through it all, and it made us feel so much calmer throughout. Originally, I was actually going to do my follow up appointments with the regular audiologist at the hospital where I delivered, but several different people insisted that Dr. Sarah is the best audiologist to see in the UAE. I am so glad we saw her instead. Now I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for an audiologist to see.

I initially came to see Dr Sobia because I was struggling with insulin resistance, low energy and a number of deficiencies. She did a really thorough assessment, looking at my biomarkers and arranging various tests as well as glucose monitoring. From there she put together a completely personalised plan for me, including supplements, IV NAD, HBOT and other regenerative treatments. Nothing felt generic or unnecessary, everything was based on my results and what we were trying to improve. What I appreciated most was how closely Dr Sobia followed my progress. She went through everything in incredible detail and made changes along the way depending on how I was responding. She genuinely followed me through every step until we started seeing results. I feel so much better than when I started and my results have improved significantly. A very thorough and personalised approach to health and longevity, and I couldn’t recommend Dr Sobia enough.

I am usually extremely nervous about anything surgical, so having a tooth removed and an implant placed on the same day sounded terrifying to me. Dr. Tomas made the experience completely different from what I had imagined. He explained everything before starting, the anesthesia was incredibly gentle and I genuinely did not feel pain during the procedure. PRF was also prepared from my own blood and used as part of the healing process. Afterwards I received very clear instructions about cleaning, food and what to expect over the next few days. I had some normal tenderness the first evening but by the second day I was already feeling much better. What stood out most was how relaxed and safe I felt throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tomas to anyone who is anxious about implant surgery.

Doctor Omar Doori is a legend. Not every Psychiatrist can get through to patients and advocate for them and invest such attention to detail. He is a gifted physician and he saved my life. I was called in by the nurse to get feedback from Dr Anil. I was told to come as an walk in. The staff at the counter was slow to respond, when I gave him the walk -in coupon he's asking me if I have an appointment. Also he was not aware about what Dr Anil was specialised in, he tried calling the nurse to check if they will except me. I think this was not professional, there should be proper communication with the nurse and the reception. Casher / Pharmacy was slow and had no extra staff. overall there should be more efficient staff at the reception / cashier
