I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and professional assistance provided throughout my recent LR Periodical Medical Check on 14 August 2026 at around 9:00 AM. From the initial booking and scheduling of the appointment through to the reception and completion of the medical examination, the entire process was well organised, efficient, and handled professionally. The reception team on duty at the time of my visit were particularly courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendly and professional approach made the registration and initial process smooth and comfortable. I would also like to give special recognition to Dr. Soria for his professionalism, patience, and excellent manner throughout the examination. He was very attentive and approachable and took the time to explain the various aspects of the medical assessment clearly. His friendly and reassuring approach made the examination comfortable and gave me confidence that the assessment was conducted thoroughly and professionally. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided, from booking through to the completion of the medical examination. The professionalism and positive attitude of both the reception team and medical staff made the experience very pleasant. Thank you to the entire team, especially the reception staff on duty and Dr. Soria, for the excellent service, professionalism, and care provided.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Shams Tabrez Siddiqui. He was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the consultation feel rushed. What really stood out is how knowledgeable he is and how clearly he explains things to patients. He makes sure you actually understand why a certain treatment is needed, which really builds trust. It never feels like he is just pushing procedures for the sake of it, instead, he genuinely focuses on saving every tooth as much as possible and choosing the most appropriate treatment. He also has a very well-organized and professional team of specialized dentists, nurses, and support staff working with him, which makes the whole experience smooth and comfortable. What I appreciated most was his straightforward approach. He listened properly to my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the next steps. We don’t just see Dr. Shams as a dentist, but as our family dentist. It really feels like your teeth are in good hands with him, and that level of trust makes a big difference. Overall, I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the visit. Would definitely recommend Dr. Shams to anyone looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable, honest, and truly patient-focused.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mary who cleaned my teeth. I’ve always struggled with plaque buildup, and it’s something I’ve found very difficult to completely get rid of. It’s not because I don’t know how to brush my teeth — I’m actually very particular about my dental hygiene and religiously brush three times a day. What I really appreciated was how kind and understanding she was. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or judged, she took the time to explain the reasons some people are simply more prone to plaque buildup. That explanation made such a difference to me because I finally felt understood rather than blamed. I’ve had a previous experience at well known dental clinic in Dubai, I felt quite humiliated by the way the dentist spoke to me, as though I simply didn’t know how to brush my teeth. I still feel hurt when I remember what she said and did, unfortunately, I also had a gum graft done there that did not give me the result as promised and left a noticeable gap between my front teeth. So, understandably, that experience really affected my trust & confidence. Thank you for being so gentle, kind and reassuring. Sometimes the way a dentist speaks to a patient makes just as much difference as the treatment itself. Highly recommended! ❤️

I don't like the doctor at all. He was half Filipino I think. Dr Jayson. How come I cannot get a 2day sickleave when I was not really feeling well at all. The first one i ask him is could he give me sickleave for the same day because I wasn't able to come to work and then after that I cameback again after going cashier I even ask the nurses to ask if i could get a 2 days of sickleave because i cannot risk for tomorrow because still Im not doing well and I dont feel well. And I dont want to go back again for tomorrow to get checked again if I failed to go to work because it will cost double for me. But he refuses. And too much yawning infront of patient like i know its normal we're humans, but too much yawning and not even saying "excuse me or sorry" is very unprofessional. It looks like he dont like what he's doing at all. Even my co worker warned me to not go there because of this doctor but i still tried. Now i know for my self. I hope this review reach to him. This is a same day review around 3-4pm. All of the staff is good except for this doctor and the guy in the cashier wearing coat. I hope you teach them how to interact nicely with people after all we are still paying.

I don't feel seen, I don't even feel that I go to see a doctor. How can u refuse your patient asking for a 2 day sickleave and telling she's still not feeling well. I even told your nurses to go ask for me because when i entered your room again u have patient so I waited in the nurses room. I told them If i could ask for a 2 days not 1 day because still I don't feel well. You flatly rejected it. Why? You cannot even ask for me to go inside again so u can ask why i changed my mind to make it 2days not only for today. I know you're earning really well, you have a good status and good name but i hope next time you see a patient u let them feel seen and ask why?, whats wrong. Because the way u interview your patient feels like you have limited words. And if u dont have a good sleep i hope later u can have one because it looks like you're really sleepy today.

I did FEMTO LASIK with Dr. Nourallah yesterday and have zero regrets. Upon our first visit, the consultation, the doctor explained each lasik option and provided a whole picture of the procedure, strengths and limitations. Additionally, the doctor welcomed all questions in a friendly yet informative matter. Even with all the information from the consultation I found myself tensing up during the procedure. Thankfully with the guidance of the doctor and the nurses it went by smoothly and very quickly. Of course not to forget the clarifications about the procedure prior to eliminate any distress from all the unfamiliar noises of the apparatus. It's a new experience, hence it's normal to be scared, however with the right doctor and staff, the experience and the 10/10 vision are sooo worth it :)

I had an appointment to see a GP in BurJuman branch, but unfortunately, the receptionist registered me as a walk-in patient instead of an appointment patient. As a result, I had to wait around 40 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. I understand that clinics can get busy, but this was frustrating and avoidable. I would appreciate better attention to appointment registrations and a smoother check-in process so patients with scheduled appointments are not made to wait unnecessarily. I hope the clinic can take this feedback seriously and improve the reception/check-in process for future patients.

For the first time in uae a doctor actually listened to what I was explaining and didn’t immediately assume my illness. Doctor mailini prescribed for me a cough syrup that actually has helped me deal with something I have been struggling with for a while. I went to the pharmacy and when I saw the price on the bottle I asked are you sure this is what the doctor prescribed he said yes. I just took it as usual with hope and really my chest is clear and I don’t feel that terrible in my throat and chest. I will not stop talking about this doctor. She is amazing .
