My appointmemt was 7:30pm/19:30 and I came on time and went on registration at about 7:25pm/19:25 I’m already seated waiting for my name to be called to meet the appointed doctor, but I got accomodated only at about 8:00pm/20:00 I was very conscious on my time but only to be held waiting and no one even bothered to say any information about the delay. So disappointing and very unacceptable, I hope they would do something to inform the patient ahead of time if there’s any delay so it won’t frustrate them in agony.

The service was excellent from reception to the nurses, doctor, and even the pharmacy team. Everything was fast, efficient, and well organized. I also had my blood test done, and although I felt a bit more discomfort than usual this time, the staff remained professional and attentive throughout the process. The only slight delay was at the cashier due to the high number of patients and having only one person on duty, but overall, it was still a very positive experience. Highly recommended!
