I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Sobia enough. ❤️ Dr. Sobia MD, MBChB, MRCGP, AFMCP is a Consultant Physician specialising in Functional & Longevity Medicine at My London Skin Clinic. After three years of feeling stressed and frustrated in the UK, trying to understand what was going on with my health, I finally feel like I’m in the right hands. She helped me with my GI-MAP testing and blood work to investigate the issues I’ve been experiencing, including chronic inflammation. What really stood out to me was how incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring she is. She looked at everything as a whole, took the time to really listen to me, and made me feel so comfortable and reassured throughout the process. She is not only an exceptional doctor, but such a beautiful, warm, and wonderful person. I felt completely at ease with her, and I’m so grateful to have finally found someone who is helping me understand what has been happening with my health. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service and professional assistance provided throughout my recent LR Periodical Medical Check on 14 August 2026 at around 9:00 AM. From the initial booking and scheduling of the appointment through to the reception and completion of the medical examination, the entire process was well organised, efficient, and handled professionally. The reception team on duty at the time of my visit were particularly courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendly and professional approach made the registration and initial process smooth and comfortable. I would also like to give special recognition to Dr. Soria for his professionalism, patience, and excellent manner throughout the examination. He was very attentive and approachable and took the time to explain the various aspects of the medical assessment clearly. His friendly and reassuring approach made the examination comfortable and gave me confidence that the assessment was conducted thoroughly and professionally. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided, from booking through to the completion of the medical examination. The professionalism and positive attitude of both the reception team and medical staff made the experience very pleasant. I had an appointment to see a GP in BurJuman branch, but unfortunately, the receptionist registered me as a walk-in patient instead of an appointment patient. As a result, I had to wait around 40 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. I understand that clinics can get busy, but this was frustrating and avoidable. I would appreciate better attention to appointment registrations and a smoother check-in process so patients with scheduled appointments are not made to wait unnecessarily. I hope the clinic can take this feedback seriously and improve the reception/check-in process for future patients.
