I consulted her for uterine fibroids and an endometrial polyp, and underwent a laparoscopic myomectomy and hysteroscopy. From my very first appointment, I felt confident that I was in the right hands. Dr. Usha Kiran explained my condition and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand, which immediately put me at ease. She was patient, reassuring, and always took the time to answer my questions. One of the things I appreciated the most was how approachable and responsive her team was. It was easy to reach them whenever I had concerns, especially after the surgery. Dr. Usha Kiran personally updated me after the procedure to let me know everything had gone well, and she continued to check on my recovery. Thanks to her expertise and the smooth recovery, I was discharged within 24 hours based on her recommendation. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Usha Kiran, her entire team, and the wonderful nursing staff at Prime Hospital for making what could have been a stressful experience so comfortable and reassuring. In my opinion, she is one of the best gynecologists in Dubai. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for treatment for fibroids, cysts, polyps, or other gynecological conditions. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Farida ! I don’t think she’s approachable. I wrote 4 emails to her because she said that is the best way to reach out to her & mind you this was before she went on leave & she didn’t respond to them. She definitely shouldn’t be your first choice if you’re pregnant for the first time. She’s not even patient. Not a pleasant experience. There are some other really good doctors within Prime. Mind you even Dr. Farida’s nurse doesn’t care. I called her 6 times in the day requesting for a call back and she never did. But of course birds of the same feather flock together. Please skip it !!!!! I changed my doctor & now I feel the difference, not worth settling for !

My only mistake was going to Dr Sujata, which I didn’t have an option, non friendly, lack of communication to the patients,and mostly she gave me an appointment to come after 3 days, and before I leave told me to make a new appointment on the app to see her, then whats the point telling me to come and see her after 3 days, no wonder she got a very bad review from other patients. I don’t know why the management are not checking the reviews and try to improve it.
