I would like to raise a concern regarding the reception service at the gynaecological section. There is often only one receptionist available at the counter, while the queue can extend to 10–13 people or more. What is particularly frustrating is that nurses sometimes come in with patients or special requests, and those patients are allowed to skip the queue despite others having been waiting for a considerable amount of time. Even when there are three people at the reception counter and a long queue, patients are simply told to stand behind the first person in line rather than being directed efficiently to the available staff. The manner in which some of the reception staff communicate with patients can also come across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I also understand that staff may need to communicate with one another during working hours. However, speaking and laughing among themselves in front of patients, particularly while patients are waiting in a long queue, can appear unprofessional and may give the impression that patients' concerns and waiting time are not being taken seriously. I hope the management will look into the reception process, queue management, staff communication, and overall patient experience in this section. Improving these areas would make a significant difference, especially for patients who are already waiting for medical care.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience with the Filipino nurse in charge of the Breast Ultrasound department. I have had several encounters with her, mainly when I needed to reschedule my appointment or follow up regarding any available slots due to cancellations. Unfortunately, on each occasion, I found her to be unapproachable and not accommodating. There were instances where I would approach her to ask a simple question or request assistance, but she would either respond in a dismissive manner or simply ignore me. I understand that the department may be busy, and I appreciate that staff members may have many responsibilities. However, I believe patients should still be treated with courtesy, patience, and professionalism, especially when they are seeking assistance regarding their appointments. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it can be addressed constructively and that patients will receive a more welcoming and respectful experience when dealing with the department in the future.

I met the Doctor at 5:30 on Thursday (24 September), though the appointment was fixed at 5:00 as the Doctor was not available. As planned, I visited the Hospital at 8:00 in the morning for various tests. I was told that the Hospital is open for services 24 hours. There was no staff to guide me to the Laboratory. When I reached there, I was told that I need to pay first but there was none at the cash counter. The money could have been collected by the cashier yesterday itself. I got disgusted with the attitude and left the premises deciding I will come tomorrow. It was utter waste of time for me especially I had come with 12 hours fasting. You need to improve a lot and make the staff receptive and helpful.

Even though the doctor’s schedule was completely full, the nurse and Dr. Berro were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The entire team was kind, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Berro took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and carry out all the necessary checks. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received, especially given the urgency of my situation. Dr. Berro is amazing, very knowledgeable, and extremely clear in explaining everything. I’m very grateful to the whole team for their support and would definitely recommend the clinic.

Doctor Omar Doori is a legend. Not every Psychiatrist can get through to patients and advocate for them and invest such attention to detail. He is a gifted physician and he saved my life. The way he listens to the patient complaints, his patience and demeanor is excellent. He is one of the best Psychiatrist’s I have ever known because he truly treats the person in-front of him rather than simply imposing guidelines and using medicines unnecessarily. Unfortunately, the waiting experience at the Zero 6 branch clearly needs improvement. Even with a scheduled appointment, patients may have to wait 20 minutes or more beyond their appointment time before seeing the doctor, despite checking in at reception more than half an hour in advance. Greater attention should therefore be given to ensuring that patients are seen according to their scheduled appointment times. As for the pharmacy, the waiting time is very long, and the space is quite small.
