My appointmemt was 7:30pm/19:30 and I came on time and went on registration at about 7:25pm/19:25 I’m already seated waiting for my name to be called to meet the appointed doctor, but I got accomodated only at about 8:00pm/20:00 I was very conscious on my time but only to be held waiting and no one even bothered to say any information about the delay. So disappointing and very unacceptable, I hope they would do something to inform the patient ahead of time if there’s any delay so it won’t frustrate them in agony.

I had a very positive experience during my consultation. The doctor was professional, patient, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The treatment plan was discussed in detail, which gave me confidence in my care.
