Dr. Tomas made the experience completely different from what I had imagined. He explained everything before starting, the anesthesia was incredibly gentle and I genuinely did not feel pain during the procedure. PRF was also prepared from my own blood and used as part of the healing process. Afterwards I received very clear instructions about cleaning, food and what to expect over the next few days. I had some normal tenderness the first evening but by the second day I was already feeling much better. What stood out most was how relaxed and safe I felt throughout the appointment.
