Dr Wael is highly informative and has excellent skills with children. He fully involves them by explaining what’s coming up next (ages 10 and 2.5) and is also highly responsive by email for any checks about your children.

I visited Doc Berro on few occasions during my period in Dubai. Super helpful who comes with a great experience. He took all the time needed to explain to me in details, and made sure to call me during the treatment, with few calls after all was done to make sure I'm doing OK. A person with a real heart in a jungle of materialistic doctors.

I was a refugee in Greece a few years ago when I met Dr.Wael, who was volunteering there. I needed medical help on multiple occasions. Each time Dr.Wael was gentle and went through explaining what I should do, as well as advising and being emotionally supportive. I am always grateful and I don't doubt any patient seeing Dr.Wael to feel comfortable, heard and helped.

I’ve been seeing Dr Berro for years and I am always comfortable knowing I have him on my side! I recently had very scary symptoms after catching a virus and Dr Berro identified the issues instantly and made me feel at ease.
