Way of behaviour is not good doctor

Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor..

I used to go to Prime Centre, but today when I went to discuss the problem I faced with the centre, I wasn't satisfied with the result!!! it was a really bad experience I went to do a blood test in 16 april with insurance, I was really tired so I went and they give me serum and took the blood test, after one day when I was waiting for the result, they call me to say they throw the blood because the insurance didn't respond to cover the pregnant test! I was upset because they threw the blood and didn't inform me earlier so I could pay and they continued their work!! it was shocked because they already informed me after throwing my blood, and while I suppose to have the result, they asked me to come and make it again!! I went and made a new blood test at 17th but after this the insurance in18 april approved for their request to cover all blood test with pregnant test, I went to ask if they as all hospital will refund the money for blood test as the insurance accepted to cover them all, they rejected even with me trying to explain it always happen with hospitals and medical center after insurance approval they will return your money and it happen with me in many other medical centers, they will make my blood test and ask me to pay the whole mony abd explain if the insurance accepted to cover this they will refunded, after one day and after I. have the result they call me to say the insurance approved so I can refund the money I went to cashier and explain the whole point about throwing blood and insurance approval , they tried to be frindly but they didn't listen which make me feel that the prime medical start to care only about the money without primary the client health and comfortable
