I am so happy with the whole experience, Dr Frank clearly explained the surgery and recovery process. The surgery and follow up appointments were excellent and he answered all of my questions. I am so happy with the results I feel lighter, more confident and my neck pain has vanished. The recovery was far less painful than I expected and the scars are extremely neat and already fading.
