My surgery was more complicated than most due to a prior breast surgery that left me with less than desirable results. Dr. Luciano was extremely insightful, and offered different consultative options to review and is such a genuine and wonderful human it was an easy choice to make to choose him as my surgeon. 6 weeks on, and i'm thrilled with the results.

Dr Luciano is truly gifted and above all is honest and forthcoming in all his interactions. I had quite a few consultations with various surgeons in Dubai but upon meeting Dr Luciano I made my decision to go ahead with him for my surgery without any qualms as not only is he a qualified surgeon but above all he is not out there to promise you the impossible, ripping you off money which sadly a lot of professionals do out there but instead cares about your results and your cost-benefit on a truly humane level, which is rare nowadays. He gives you an extensive understanding on what to expect and takes control of the conversation and its results in a confident manner. I will be proceeding with Dr Luciano Traccia for other procedures as well and happy to have him as my surgeon.

In 2020 I had a bilateral mastectomy at American Hospital. Some of you might remember the high ratings I had provided to both doctors at the time who treated me not only like a patient, but like a human being, were extremely patient and helped me get through a not very pleasant procedure. 3 years later something was not right with the implants used for the reconstruction.I went back to see the same doc and discuss what was happening , but i was informed the doctor had left the hospital and had now been replaced by Dr Luciano Trecia. As it happens when you have a good experience with a doctor and have to move on to a new one,I was initially weary and a bit nervous about changing doctor... He has a great CV...and he was Italian (being italian myself of course that helped with the initial stages of communication)...but still..... I was informed that the implants had abnormally and prematurely aged and that i had developed a bilateral capsule contraxction presenting with alteration of the breast shape and with skin irregularities. The breast appears migrated on the lateral side causing discomfort and pain. I was reccomended to proceed with an implamnt replacement. This took me by surprise as other doctors had told me that the implants looked the way they did due to weight losss.....I was glad to know Dr Lucionao cought something that could have caused more serious problems down the line if not treated immediatly. Being only 48 i accepted the procedure to be done ASAP. During the entire process Dr Luciano has gone way beyond the call of duty, providing me with his personal mobile number for any questions i might have had and has remainded available throuhgout the process including now. He was extremely thorough with the procedure, including keeping in mind my complex medical history. I had the surgery on the 29th of October. Today is the 11th of November and i would say that not only I am almost completely pain free, but I am extremely pleased with the cosmetic results. If possible better than the 1st time around, although surely then the main worry the mastectomy more than than ho wmy briest would have looked. The doctor clearly has a lot experience and its a pleasure to go and each and every check up with him. Always smiling and keeping things light. I have spent the past 10 years of my life in and out of hospitals due to a severe car accident back in 2012. I can say without a doubt that it is very difficult to find a doctor who is human and nice....but also extremely professional and who doesnt try and convince you to get more, unneeded procedures. Thumbs up for Dr Luciano. I am glad to know that he is in the country was I to require any further assistance down the line. Grazie mille Luciano Tracia. Till next time.

I had my breast augmentation and mastopexy done with Dr Luciano and I am VERY happy that I decided choose him as my surgeon. During the consultation, Dr. Luciano gave me his undivided attention and addressed to every concern I had at the time. I felt very comfortable and that all my questions were valid. The surgery went great. I am currently 3 weeks post-op, the scar is looking and my breasts are looking AMAZING at this stage, it’s exactly what I wanted as we discussed previously. I was really scared at first going for my breast reduction but Dr Luciano Tracia reassured me, he explained everything in such detail that it put me at ease.
