Generally all aspects of my visit was very good and professionally taken care of but if only the waiting time while collecting medicines at the pharmacy could be made more efficient would be very beneficial. Although i must add that the staff are very helpful but its the approval procedure with the insurance companies which I assume is the problem and maybe the clinics / hospital authorities need to talk to their higher level staff and get this resolved as I have noticed many times that the person from the insurance provider reject medication prescribed by the doctor and then the doctor needs to clarify the reason for prescribing thus causing delays etc . The system needs to be streamlined.

Very band experience with the Medi Prime Pharmacy. No one called and when I asked why? they said they will call me just wait. When they called me they gave so many reqsons like the delivery of medicine is at 3Pm and then i got a called again saying request got rejected 2x so i asked the rejection report so i can raise it to our insurance because they said no need and the delivery starts at 5PM they just said wait for it. i thought service is the same like TruDoc. but totally disappointed.

Only thing I would like to suggest if any priority is there in Pharmacy for POD, it would be great, because that's the only place in King Faisal Branch Safeer Mall takes lots of time. Everything went well, except that the Prime's notification for my next periodic visit came early. It should indicate the date when I'm completing 90 days (periodic visit and for insurance purposes). I came to the appointed time and date only to be told that the insurance may not cover the laboratory tests as the last one was conducted 88 days prior.

Yesterday when i visit your clinic i didn't for a long time.. maybe not much patient orbnot busy. But all the staff from the Doctor and nurses are good attentive. For the moment i will not give a rate for the doctor .. when my issue on my health is cured that he gave me a prescription then i will give a rate .. but he is good.
