The surgeon and medical care I received were excellent, and I’m very grateful for how well my procedure went. However, I do feel the nursing care could be improved. At times, I had to ring the buzzer multiple times for assistance, and even simple requests like getting water were difficult. I understand nurses are often very busy, but more regular check-ins and closer attention to patient needs and instructions would make a big difference to the overall patient experience. I believe additional bedside manner and compassion-focused training could really help strengthen the level of care provided. Overall, the surgeon was fantastic, but the nursing support was unfortunately the letdown during my hospital stay.

Only thing I would like to suggest if any priority is there in Pharmacy for POD, it would be great, because that's the only place in King Faisal Branch Safeer Mall takes lots of time. Everything went well, except that the Prime's notification for my next periodic visit came early. It should indicate the date when I'm completing 90 days (periodic visit and for insurance purposes). I came to the appointed time and date only to be told that the insurance may not cover the laboratory tests as the last one was conducted 88 days prior.

The appointment scheduling was easy and quick. The clinic setup is very nice, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Bhadrish is an excellent doctor and very thorough.
