I had both a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty Dr. Menwal, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience and results. Before choosing my surgeon, I attended several consultations with different doctors. He carefully assessed my case, explained what I needed, what the procedure would involve, and what results I could realistically expect. Unlike some consultations I had elsewhere, I never felt rushed or pressured. As a patient, especially when it comes to your face, trust and clear communication are incredibly important. Now, one month after surgery, my nose looks beautiful honestly even better than I expected. My breathing has improved significantly, and I have experienced no complications. Alhamdulillah, the recovery process has been smooth. What impressed me most was Dr. Menwal's level of care after surgery. He personally provides patients with his phone number and is always available to answer questions. During the first week, while I still had the splint on, I could message him directly and receive prompt responses. Even after the splint was removed and swelling was present, he continued to monitor my progress closely with regular follow-up appointments every few days to make sure everything was healing properly. Dr. Menwal is not only an excellent surgeon but also a true artist. Rhinoplasty requires both medical expertise and aesthetic vision, and he has mastered both. I am extremely satisfied with my results and would highly recommend him to anyone considering functional or cosmetic nasal surgery. Most importantly, he is a kind, honest, and trustworthy doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I feel fortunate to have chosen him and grateful for the excellent care I received. The process is not practical at all. A call before the dr. A payment link that need another phone to pay (not practical at all. Using a bar code to scan from a link that 99.9% will be opened via phone is not practical whatsoever). The Dr. Call is great but to get to that call is a huge hussle. Pharmacy wait time is very long. They should claim or contact insurance for approval automatically it is not convenient to pick up a ticket, wait for my time to come, then they start asking me to wait for them untill they submit for approval and recall my name again. It is ridiculous to wait for almost 1 hour to pickup my medication. Also, consultation fees can be combined with the pharmacy charge instead of paying online in a very hard to handle system

The receptionist should have been more courteous and humble towards the patient than registering them first and making them stand in front of her while she was sitting. We arrived from the back entrance, and I told my 67 yrs old Mother to sit and went to register. I requested the receptionist to provide the doctor's care as the ambulance had just checked her and recommended to visit a clinic. The receptionist asked to bring the patient and made her stand while insisted to register her sitting over there. When I firmly told her that my mum was sitting, and you told me to bring her here to stand in front of you and not lie on the bed? She made a face and directed us to the room immediately

The tele consultation experience has by far been the worse that any one can imagine. To begin with they call you prior the appointment time to take the money. Second they call you as per their availability and not the appointment time. Third they don’t deliver the medicine and the call centre customer care has no idea where is the medicine or who will get it delivered. Pathetic service.
