Al Moosa IVF

I was referred to Dr Moses in March 2025 for our IVF treatment. We already had a child but we’re looking to go through IVF for PGT Genetic Testing. Overall we had a positive experience with Dr Moses at Al Moosa. The entire journey is unpredictable and was a much bigger emotional rollercoaster than I could have anticipated but the journey was ultimately worth it and we are looking forward to welcoming our baby! I appreciate Dr Moses thoroughness for the additional investigations conducted. I want to give a special shout out to Nurse Sathya. She is an absolute gem and we literally walked this journey together. I had a lot of mixed emotions throughout the process and she kept such a positive spirit and encouraged me the whole way through. I will never forget you! Thank you to everyone including Tala and Waed. You are all sweet and kind ladies (even on my grumpy days!) Dr Moses has a great team. THANK YOU ALL!

Al Moosa IVF is a boutique clinic that is very welcoming and caring. The frontline staff including Tala and Waed are very supportive and organised, and make appointments run smoothly. I much prefer this clinic to some of the bigger ones we visited which can feel less personal and more medicalised.

After 3 failed IVF cycles in other clinics, my hopes of getting pregnant were close to zero. After a friend recommended I meet Dr Moses, I walked out of his office after the first consultation with renewed hope that with his different approach and confidence, we may have a breakthrough in our treatment. All of my expectations were exceeded every step of the way - more eggs retrieved and fertilised than ever before - and finally some embryos reaching blastocyst stage. We were lucky enough to have a successful first transfer and I am now 19 weeks pregnant. None of this would have been possible without Dr Moses and nurse Sathya - their care has been incredible and we are so grateful to both of them for helping us achieve our dream of completing our family. I would recommend Dr Moses and Sathya to anyone embarking on IVF treatment or in need of a fresh approach where treatment has failed elsewhere. Their team Tala and Waed are also amazing and complete the amazing support system offered by Al Moosa IVF.

I had such a wonderful experience with this IVF clinic. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly supportive, professional, and accommodating. They helped me so much with everything—from scheduling appointments to being flexible whenever I needed to adjust timing or organize things around my circumstances. After a long and incredibly challenging fertility journey, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Moses Batwala and his entire team. Before coming under Dr. Moses’ care, I had experienced  failed IVF, and the emotional exhaustion that comes with the disappointment. What stood out immediately was that Dr. Moses looked at my case as an individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. He took the time to review my complex history, including my low AMH, previous ovarian surgery, and prior IVF outcomes, and created a plan that felt carefully considered and tailored to me. Throughout the process, I always felt listened to, supported, and treated with genuine compassion. Dr. Moses was honest, realistic, and evidence-based, but he never took away hope. He explained each step clearly, answered questions patiently, and made me feel involved in decisions about my treatment. The nursing and support team were equally outstanding. IVF can be overwhelming, but they were consistently kind, responsive, and reassuring. No question ever felt like a burden, and their warmth made a difficult journey much easier to navigate. Dr. Moses was great and extremely supportive. I had just moved to Dubai and needed to do medical checks after my miscarriage, and he guided me through the whole process with care and patience.
