After a long and incredibly challenging fertility journey, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Moses Batwala and his entire team. Before coming under Dr. Moses’ care, I had experienced  failed IVF, and the emotional exhaustion that comes with the disappointment. What stood out immediately was that Dr. Moses looked at my case as an individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. He took the time to review my complex history, including my low AMH, previous ovarian surgery, and prior IVF outcomes, and created a plan that felt carefully considered and tailored to me. Throughout the process, I always felt listened to, supported, and treated with genuine compassion. Dr. Moses was honest, realistic, and evidence-based, but he never took away hope. He explained each step clearly, answered questions patiently, and made me feel involved in decisions about my treatment. The nursing and support team were equally outstanding. IVF can be overwhelming, but they were consistently kind, responsive, and reassuring. No question ever felt like a burden, and their warmth made a difficult journey much easier to navigate. Dr. Moses was great and extremely supportive. I had just moved to Dubai and needed to do medical checks after my miscarriage, and he guided me through the whole process with care and patience.
